Climbing on roofs is a dangerous business especially in Southern California where there are so many clay roof tiles that easily break when walked on and are very slippery when wet.  We have a great solution for these types of inspection issues.

Using drone technology and/or long poles with HD cameras attached, we can inspect the entire roof to check for broken or damaged roof tiles and shingles, bad or deteriorated flashing and other potential waterproofing problems around roof eaves, chimneys and skylights.

Using alternative inspection methods is a great way to reach hard to see roof areas that may get missed on a standard inspection. Home Inspectors are not required to inspect inaccessible high roofs; however we throw that service in at no additional charge to insure you are getting the best inspection possible without compromise.
